Les utilisateurs ne pouvaient pas ouvrir les fichiers CAD re\u00e7us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des \u00e9quipes hors ing\u00e9nierie (achats, chefs de programme, estimateurs\u2026) avaient besoin de consulter des conceptions 3D\/2D pour faire avancer leurs t\u00e2ches, mais ne disposaient pas des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour les ouvrir de mani\u00e8re autonome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Acheter des licences CAD pour tous \u00e9tait irr\u00e9aliste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si les fichiers avaient toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 issus du m\u00eame logiciel, le probl\u00e8me aurait peut-\u00eatre pu \u00eatre r\u00e9solu avec des licences ou des visionneuses sp\u00e9cifiques. Mais un jour c\u2019\u00e9tait CATIA, le lendemain NX, puis Creo\/ProE ou AutoCAD. L\u2019IT mettait des jours \u00e0 fournir l\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chaque fois qu\u2019une personne devait ouvrir un fichier CAD, un ticket \u00e9tait cr\u00e9\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019IT. Le processus incluait la demande, le devis, l\u2019achat, l\u2019installation et une formation de base. En moyenne, l\u2019acc\u00e8s prenait <strong>entre 3 et 6 jours<\/strong>.
