Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations include:
- Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions related to our activity.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- By the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by applicable legal obligations. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communication-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

The rights of the USER are:

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or displayed on download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the service provider to process their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes responsibility for communicating any changes thereto. The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with adequate information so that they may exercise those rights.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY
1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your data?
CAD TECH IBERICA, S.L., hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+, and that it is responsible for processing the personal data of users carried out on such social networks. It further informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following information regarding data processing:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following operations:
- Processing requests and inquiries submitted to the controller
- Providing information about activities and events organized by the controller
- Providing information about products or services offered by the controller
- Interacting through official profiles
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER’s social network, thereby showing interest in the information published on it. Therefore, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER provides consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the respective social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, in particular their contact name.
Such data is used only within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER and may therefore be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER may configure what information they wish to make public, review granted permissions, revoke them, or disable them, as with any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties outside the social network except, where strictly necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communication-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: these may only be exercised in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.

2.PROFILE USE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information of the profile
- Publication on the USER’s profile of any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
- Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels
- Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile
The USER may always control their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
3.POSTS
Once the USER becomes a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or may violate morals, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by a USER.
The USER should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users and that they are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks are prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative, will be required by means of a valid document proving such representation.
The CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
